摘　　要：武汉是中部的特大型城市,但与沿海地区的差距越拉越大,目前正有继续拉大的趋势,笔者从武汉企业人才观的角度对比进行了部析,如果能够解决武汉目前的问题,则对其他中部省份都有借鉴作用。Why is the margin of Wuhan City and foreland becoming bigger and bigger and do still have continuous trend of becoming bigger and bigger？ But Wuhan is the especially large city of Chinese central part. If we can resolve current problems of Wuhan, central provinces can draw lessons from this. The writer wants to analyze this from the angle of the business enterprise talented person＇s view in Wuhan.
