溃结祛毒合剂配合复方角菜酸酯栓保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床观察

摘　　要：观察溃结祛毒合剂配合复方角菜酸酯栓保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。应用自拟中药溃结祛毒合剂配合复方角菜酸酯栓保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎67例，并与柳氮磺吡啶保留灌肠治疗67例对比观察。治疗后两组的主要症状及结肠黏膜病变程度以及完全缓解率、显效、好转率和总有效率差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），治疗组明显优于对照组。结果表明，溃结祛毒合剂配合复方角菜酸酯栓保留灌肠，治疗溃疡性结肠炎效果良好，远期效果更为明显。The objective of this study was to observe therapeutic effects of the retention enema with self-disgned KuiJieQuDu Mixture and titanorein suppository for ulcerative colitis（UC）. The 67 patients underwent above-mentioned therapy,and were compared with other 67 patients who were subjected to SASP retention enema. As results,in main symptoms and lesion extent of colon mucous membrane,as well as complete remission rate,excellent effective rate,response rate and total effective rate there were significant differences （ P〈0.05） between two groups, i. e in former group therapeutic effects were greatly superior to latter. These suggest that the former retention enema for UC has better effects,its long-term effects is more significant.
