高频肛肠治疗仪微创治疗重度环状混合痔的临床研究

摘　　要：为探索高效低并发症、易操作又经济的重度环状混合痔治疗方法，将265例重度环状混合痔分为微创治疗组143例和对照组122例。对照组采用不同手术方法进行根治性治疗，微创组利用高频肛肠治疗仪对组织细胞的热透射作用，对环状混合痔进行分步微创处理。结果显示，环状混合痔实行微创方法治疗，不仅术程短，术中无痛苦，而且恢复快，医疗费用低。对两组病例术后疼痛、出血、水肿脱出及便秘、复发等指标进行对比观察，微创组除术后水肿脱出明显外，其余各项均较对照组为低，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结果表明，利用高频肛肠治疗仪对环状混合痔进行微创治疗，对肛管的屏障性组织破坏少，根治性好，并发症少，是一种比较理想的治疗方法。In der to evaluate the value of high frequency anorectal apparatus in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids and to find the more efficient method, the 265 patients were divided into two groups randomly. 143（in minimally invasive treatment group） and 122 cases（in controlled group） of mixed haemorrhoid were treated by high frequency anorectal apparatus and with traditional surgical treatment respectively. The symptoms, signs, blood test and complications were retrospectively reviewed. Postopertive complications such as pain, edema, bleeding,constipation,relapse were less occurred in the minimally invasive treatment group than in the control group. There was a significant difference between two groups（ P〈 0.05）. These results show that minimally invasive treatment of circumferential mixed haemorrhoid by high frequency anorectal apparatus is less damage of barrier tissue of anal canal and a more effective and populated to be widely used.
