摘  要:微型摆式内燃发电机(M ICSPG)是微型摆式内燃机和发电机的有机集成体。在左、右燃烧室的交替驱动下,M ICSPG通过自由活塞组件(SFPA)的往复摆动,实现燃料的化学能和电能的直接转换。本文从M ICSPG的一个工作循环着手,按照能量的输入、流动、耗散及输出的传递过程,剖析了M ICSPG中能量的转换规律;并以此为基础,估算了M ICSPG的效率、平均输出功率、SFPA的最大瞬时速度等特性参数。研究结果对M ICSPG中各能量组件依存关系的理解、控制系统的设计、工作特性及效率的提高提供了有益的参考。A micro internal combustion swing power generator (MICSPG) integrates a micro internal combustion swing engine(MICSE) and a power generator into one compact unit. Under the alternate drive of the left and righ combustion chambers, the MICSPG realizes the direct conversion of chemical energy electrical energy of fuel through the swings of a swing free piston assembly(SFPA). This paper starts with the brief description of a MICSPG prototype, then MICSPG's work-cycle is defined and its energy transformation is analyzed by focusing on its energy flow, i.e. energy input, dissipation, transfer and output. Each energy component and its dependence are evaluated, and MICSPG's efficiency and average power output are estimated. The research results are helpful for working mechanism and improving its efficiency. designing its control system, understanding its working mechanism and improving its efficiency.
