摘  要:对环状超声电机定子中驻波的特征进行了分析,探讨了驻波状态下电机定子端面质点轨迹与矩形板表面质点运动轨迹之间的差异,指出驻波状态下圆环定子内圆周侧面上只有靠近波峰和波谷附近的区域和电机转子相接触,且接触区域的正压力会增大。设计了一种新型驻波超声电机,电机定子内侧面采用矩形小齿结构,并且实现了电机的薄型化。分析了此驻波电机的工作机理,证明利用驻波状态下波峰和波谷位置矩形小齿的位移能够驱动电机转子。制作了样机,完成了电机定子性能测试和电机运行实验。实验结果表明,电机在输入单相电压信号时能实现平稳运转。The properties of standing waves in the stator of an annular ultrasonic motor are analyzed. The motion of particles on the stator's surfaces is compared with that of particles on the thinplane surface. The paper points out that only the inside area near the crest and trough of waves contacts the rotor in the standing wave state and that the positive pressure at the contact area increases. A new thin-type standing wave ultrasonic motor has been designed, and its stator's inner side surface has rectangle teeth. The mechanism of the motor is analyzed, and the analysis proves that the motion of the teeth at the crest and trough of waves can drive the rotor in the standing wave state. The performance test of the stator and the operation experiment of the motor have been completed. The experimental results show that the motor operates stably with single-phase voltage.
