摘　　要：本文以有线数字电视机顶盒为例,介绍了数字电视机顶盒的组成、原理和各种主要技术,分析了以STi5518为核心的机顶盒功能,并对数字电视机顶盒的发展趋势进行了分析预测。Taking digital STB for example, this paper introduces the composition, the main principle and technical analysis of digital STB, and then makes an analysis to the functions of the ones whose core is Ti5518, meanwhile, analysis and prediction are made on the development trend of digital STB.
