摘 要:介绍了离心雾化等离子喷涂技术的工作原理和喷涂粒子的雾化机理,分析了雾化粒子的形成过程。通过试验收集喷涂粒子,使用扫描电镜观察雾化粒子的表面形貌,统计分析了在不同转速的情况下粒子的粒度及其分布,并与理论计算值进行了比较。研究表明,离心雾化等离子喷涂中粒子球形度较好,随着电极转速的提高,粒子的粒度减小,和电弧喷涂的粒子相比,离心雾化等离子喷涂的粒子粒度较大,且分布较均匀。分析了粒子粒度及其分布的影响因素,结果表明粒子粒度与消耗电极的转速、半径、熔融液滴的密度成反比,与熔融液滴的表面张力成正比。The equipment and atomizing principle of the Centrifugal Atomization Plasma Spray process (CAPS) were introduced, and the formation of particles was analysed. Through measuring the shape and size distribution of particles collected from CAPS at different rotate speed, the surface profile and microstructure of the particles were analysed using SEM. The experimental results showed that the particles produced by the CAPS process possess good sphericity. The particles size decreased with increase of rotating speed. The particles size produced by CAPS was larger than that of the arc spray. The influencing factors of particles size and distribution were also investigated. The results indicated that the particle size was inversely proportional to the electrode diameter, rotating speed and the droplet density, and was proportional to the surface tension.
