摘  要:采用浸渍法制备了陶瓷负载型V2O5/Al2O3和Cr2O3/Al2O3催化剂,考察了两种催化剂对CH2Cl2的催化燃烧性能。实验结果表明,在进气CH2Cl2质量浓度为800—2400mg/m^3时,V2O3/Al2O3催化剂在400℃时可使CH2Cl2去除率达到95%以上,Cr2O3/Al2O3催化剂在340℃时可使CH2Cl2的去除率达到99%以上。Cr2O3/Al2O3催化剂的活性高于V2O3/Al2O3催化剂。催化剂的活性随温度的升高而提高,随进气CH2Cl2质量浓度的增加而降低。100h稳定性实验结果表明,这两种催化剂均具有较好的稳定性。The pottery supported V2O5/Al2O3 catalyst and pottery supported Cr2O3/Al2O3 catalyst were prepared by impregnation method and their catalytic: activities to CH2Cl2 combustion were investigated. The experimental results indicate that when the mass concentration of inlet CH2Ck2 gas is 800 -2 400 mg/m^3 ,the removal rate of CH2Cl2 is over 95% with V2O5/Al2O3 catalyst at 400 ℃ and over 99% with Cr2O3/Al2O3 catalyst at 340 ℃. The catalytic activity of Cr2O3/Al2O3 catalyst is higher than that of V2O5/Al2O3 catalyst. And their catalytic activities increase with the increasing of temperature,but decrease with the increasing of inlet CH2Cl2 mass concentration. The results of 100 h catalyst stability experiment show that both of the two catalysts have good stability.
