改良筋膜内全子宫切除术32例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨腹式全子宫切除的方法和效果。方法采用改良筋膜内全子宫切除术32例作为研究组,以传统的经腹全子宫切除术22例作为对照组。结果研究组和对照组的平均手术时间、出血量、术后病率和术后住院时间分别是:(132.2±34.9)min和(169.3±43.7)min(P<0.01),(183.2±150.2)ml和(238.0±112.4)ml(P<0.05),15.1%和28.9%(P<0.01),(6.3±0.5)d和(10.2±0.5)d(P<0.01)。结论改良筋膜内全子宫切除术优于传统全子宫切除术。Objective To study the method and the effect of abdominohysterectomy. Methods The 32 patients in treatment group underwent improved intrafascial total hysterectomy. 22 patients in control group underwent the traditional total hysterectomy on the abdomen. Results Average operative time was （132.2± 34.9）min and （169.3±43.7）min （ P 〈0.01） in treatment group and control group,respechivdy. Average amour of bleeding was （183.2 ± 150.2）ml and （238.0± 112.4）ml （ P 〈0.05）.Postoperative complication rate was 15.1% and 28.9% （ P 〈 0.01） .Average admission time was （6.3±0.5）d and （10.2±0.5）d （ P 〈0,01）. Conclusions The improved intrafascial total hysterectomy is better than the traditional abdominohysterectomy.
