沙漠工程环境影响及其综合评价──以塔里木沙漠公路为例

摘　　要：沙漠是特殊的工程环境。根据国家＂八五＂重点科技攻关项目８５－１０１－０７之＂塔里木沙漠石油公路环境影响综合评价研究＂，本文就沙漠环境对沙漠（公路）工程的影响以及沙漠（公路）工程环境影响特征进行了分析。认为沙漠（公路）工程的环境影响在内容、环境因子重要性、空间范围、方式、方向等方面都存在有别于其它地区的特征。在此基础上，提出了沙漠（公路）工程环境影响评价的双向性、重点性、综合性、评价范围差异性和针对性等项原则。最后列出塔里木沙漠公路环境影响评价的步骤和结论。Desert is special natrual environment.Based on the study of the Taklimakan Desert Highway,this paper analysed both the influences of the desert environment on engineering,especially,the desert highway engineering,and some characteristics of the environ mental influences of desert engineering.Meanwhile,the differences in aspects, primal factors,spacial scopes, manners and probabilities of the environmental influences of engineering between,deserts and other kinds of areas,such as mountains and plains were analysed.In addition,the main principles in the assessment of environmental influences in deserts were put forward. They included the principles of double probabilities,synthesis,focal points,etc. As an example,the steps and conclusions of the environmental influence assessment of the Taklimakan Desert Highway were listed in the end.
