摘　　要：目的了解南方战区航空兵部队士兵心理健康状况,探讨影响心理健康的因素。方法对260名士兵进行SCL-90、EPQ、简易应对方式量表、生活事件量表评定,进行结构方程模型分析。结果结构方程模型分析结果显示,影响心理健康的因素主要为神经质、消极应对、工作环境、人际冲突以及神经质与人际冲突的交互作用等。结论南方战区航空兵部队士兵心理健康受个性、应对方式及生活事件等因素的影响。Objective To understand mental health status and its influencing factors of soldiers serving at aviation in south China. Methods 260 soldiers were investigated by SCL-90, EPQ, simple coping style scale and self-made life event questionnaire, analyzed with structure equation model. Results Structure equation model showed that, nervousness, negative coping styles, work environment, interpersonal conflict and the interaction of nervousness and interpersonal conflict were the main factors influencing the mental health. Conclusion The mental health status of soldiers serving at aviation in South China was influenced by multiple factors such as personality, coping style, life events and so on.
