纳米银抗菌剂治疗阴道炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察纳米银抗菌剂治疗阴道炎的效果。方法采用随机对比性临床研究方法,对400名患有各种类型阴道炎的妇女进行临床观察,与目前治疗各种阴道炎的常用药物的疗效进行比较。结果纳米银对滴虫性阴道炎、念珠菌性阴道炎、细菌性阴道病、其它类型阴道炎的治疗有效率分别为75.5%、93.6%、79.2%、95.4%。前三种类型阴道炎治疗效果与常规用药相比无显著性差异(P>0.05),而其它类型阴道炎的治疗效果优于常规药物。患者对纳米银抗菌剂的治疗感受优于常规药物。结论纳米银抗菌剂治疗阴道炎是一种安全、有效、广谱、不易产生耐药、易于为患者接受的治疗方法,在无完善的实验室条件下仍可对患者进行治疗。Objective： To observe the effect of asimi on vaginitis. Methods： 400 women with various kinds of vaginitis were analysed by the method of random - controlled clinical study, and the effect of asimi were compared with the effect of conventional medicine. Results： The efficient rates of asimi on trichomonas vaginitis, candida vaginitis, bacterial vaginosis and other vaginitis were 75.5% ,93.6% ,79.2% and 95.4%, respectively. It showed no difference between the effect of former three treatment with that of conventional medicine, but the effect of asimi on other vaginitis was better than that of conventional medicine. Conclusion： Asimi is safe, effective and to be accepted easily for patients to treat vaglnitis. The virtue of asimi is that it can be used directly to those patients in the poorer laboratory situation.
