摘 要:目的:用气相色谱-质谱法对鸡蛋花挥发性成分进行研究。方法:用挥发油测定器提取鸡蛋花挥发油,再用GC-MS法鉴定挥发油中的化学成分。结果:在鸡蛋花挥发油中共分离出49种成分,初步鉴定出43种成分。结论:鸡蛋花挥发油中主要成分为十六烷酸、十四烷酸和亚油酸等脂肪酸及反式苦橙醇、β-芳樟醇和反式香叶醇等萜类化合物。Object: The constituents of essential oil from flower of Plumeria rubra Linn. cv. acutifolia were analyzed by GC - MS. Methods: The essential oil of Plumeria rubra Linn. cv. acutifolia flower were extracted by essential oil extractor, and its constituents were analyzed by GC - MS. Results: 49 components from the essential oil of flower of Plumeria rubra L. var . acutifolia. Bailey were separated and 43 components were identified. Conclusion: The main components in the essential oil of Plumeria rubra Linn. cv. acutifolia were fatty acid such as Hexadecanoic acid, Dodecanoic acid and Linoleic acid, other components were terpenoid such as trans - Nerolidol, beta. - Linalool and trans- Geraniol.
