摘　　要：目的：建立测定银翘解毒片中绿原酸含量的方法。方法：采用Diamonsil C18分析柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），以甲醇-水-冰醋酸-三乙胺（18：85：1：0．3）为流动相，流速0．8ml／min，检测波长为327nm，柱温30℃。结果：本方法线性范围为0．1-1．0μg／ml，r=0.9996，回收率100．26％（n=5）．结论：本方法灵敏准确，重现性好，适用于银翘解毒片中绿原酸的含量测定。Object： An HPLC method was developed for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Yinqiao Jiedu tablets. Methods： The chromatographic separation was carried out on a Diamonsil C18 column（250 mm× 4.6 mm, 5 μm）with the mobile phase consisting of methanol- water- glacial acetic acid - triethylamine （18：85：1：0.3）. The flow rate was 0.8 ml·min^-1 and the detection wavelength was set at 327nm with the column temperattrre of 30 ℃. Results： The linear range was 0.1 - 1.0 μg/ml （ r = 0.999 6）, the average recovery was 100.26% with RSD of 2.0%. Conclusion： The method was sensitive, accurate and reproducible. It was suitable for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Yinqiao Jiodu tablets.
