摘　　要：目的:建立 HPLC 法测定肾衰宁胶囊中小檗碱的含量。方法:C_(18)色谱柱(250mm×4.6 mm,5 μm);流动相乙腈-0.4%磷酸(32:68);柱温:40℃;流速:1.0 mL·min^(-1);检测波长:345 nm;进样量:5μL。结果:小檗碱的线性范围为0.0067～5.574μg,回归方程为Y=3.633×10~3X+14.31,r=0.9999;平均回收率为97.86%(n=9)。结论:方法简便准确,专属性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。Objective ：To determine berberine in Shenshuaining capsules by HPLC. Methods：The HPLC method for determination was：C18 column （250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm）, mobile phase： acetonitrile -0. 4% phosphoric acid solution（32： 68）;the column temperature was 40 ℃ ;the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1 ;detection wavelength： 345 nm. Results： The linear range for berberine was 0. 0067 - 5. 574 μg, r = 0. 9999 （ n = 7 ） ; the average recovery was 97.86% （ n = 9 ）. Conclusion： The method is specific, accurate and convenient, and can be used for quality control of Shenshuaining capsules.
