摘　　要：目的:建立一种用高效液相色谱拆分间尼索地平的方法。方法:CHIRALPAK AD-H(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以正己烷-异丙醇(96:4)为流动相,流速为0.7 mL·min^(-1),柱温25℃,检测波长240 nm。结果:间尼索地平 R-和 S-对映体的保留时间分别为30.3 min 和32.9 min,分离度为1.6。结论:本法可用于间尼索地平单一对映体的含量测定。Objective： To develop an enantiomeric separation method of m - nisoldipine by HPLC. Method： Using CHIRALPAK AD - H（250 mm ×4. 6 mm,5μm） column;A mixture of n - hexane - isopropanol（96： 4） as mobile phase at a flow rate of 0. 7 mL· min^-1 ; Column temperature： room temperature; Wavelength of the detector： 240 nm. Result： The retention times for R - and S - m - nisoldipine are 30. 3 min and 32. 9 min, with a resolution factor of 1.6. Conclusion： The proposed method can be applied to the assay of R - and S - m - nisoldipine.
