摘  要:目的研究使用无机碱性水溶液代替有机溶剂从药材大黄中提取大黄酸的新工艺。方法采用正交试验法对该提取方法的工艺条件进行优化组合。结果影响提取大黄酸收率的因素顺序为:提取温度〉提取剂用量〉提取时间;本工艺的最佳条件为:提取时间60min,提取温度50℃,每次提取剂用量为大黄质量的15倍,浸提2~3次,收率为0.385%左右,产品纯度大于95%。结论这种提取大黄酸的新工艺是可行的,具有减少环境污染,降低生产成本,易实现工业化生产的优点。OBJECTIVE The study on the extraction of from Radix et Rhizoma Rhei by using inorganic alkahne solution instead of organic solution. METHODS The experimental condition of extraction was optimized by orthogonal design. RESULTS The factors which had influence on the rhein's rate of recovery were extraction temperature 〉 the amount of extractant volume 〉 the period of time of extraction. The optimized conditions were as follows: extraction time 60 min, extraction temperature 50℃, the amount of extractant volume 15 times than that of rheum, and soaking and lifting it for 2 -3 times. The recovery would reach 0.385% and the rate of purity would reach more than 95%. CONCLUSION This new technology of extracting rhein was feasible and had the advantages of lessening the environmental pollution, reducing the cost of production and realizing the industrial production.
