摘 要:IDT7005是IDT公司生产的高速8KB的8位双端口RAM器件,它具有存取速度快、功耗低、可完全异步操作、接口电路简单等一系列优点。本文给出采用IDT7005实现标准源的应用实例,在此基础上阐述IDT7005的存储区域划分,以及IDT7005与单片机的接口应用电路和仲裁逻辑。所实现的标准源是一种高精度、便于调节的数字式标准源。该系统能产生指定的正弦电压信号和含基波与谐波分量的电流信号,其中电压、电流信号的幅值均连续可调,精度为0.2%;电压电流信号之间的相位也可任意设定,并且误差在0.1°以内。IDT7005 is a high-speed 8K x 8 dual-port static RAM made by Integrated Device Technology Inc. It has a series of advantages, such as high-speed access, low-power operation, fully asynchronous operation, simple interface circuit, and so on. The example of using IDTT005 to realize standard power supply system is given. The memory area plot is introduced. The interface circuit with single chip microcomputer and the arbitration logic are also presented. The standard source is a high-precision, easy-to-adjust, digital standard source. The system can generate appointed sine voltage signal and currem signal including the fundamental wave and harmonious wave. The magnitude of the voltage signal and current signal both can be adjusted continuously, and the precision is 0.2 %. The phase of the voltage signal and current signal can also be set at random, and the error is within 0.1°.
