摘 要:以试管肉汤两倍稀释法测定氟苯尼考和氯霉素对鸡多杀性巴氏杆菌的最小抑菌浓度,然后对实验性鸡多杀性巴杆菌感染进行内服或肌注给药3 d(每天2次)的治疗试验。结果表明,氟苯尼考和氯霉素对鸡多杀性巴氏杆菌的最小抑菌浓度分别是0.5和1.0μg/mL。以20、40、80 mg/kg BW氟苯尼考和40 mg/kg BW氯霉素的剂量给鸡内服给药后,对鸡多杀性巴氏杆菌感染的治愈率分别为93.3%、100%、100%及70%;相同剂量肌注给药的治愈率分别为86.7%、100%、100%和83.3%,而感染对照组的死亡率为90.0%。Minimal inhibitory concentrations (MICs) of florfenicol and chloramphenicol were determined for Pasteurella muhocida by the method of broth two-fold dilution in vitro. Therapeutic trials on chickens infected with experimentally Pasteurella muhocida were carried out with florfenicol at the dosage of 20,40,80mg/kg and chloramphenicolat 40 mg/kg by oral or intramuscular administration twice daily for 3 successive days. The inhibition tests in vitro showed that MIC of florfenicol and chloramphenicol was 0.5 and 1.0 μg/mL for Pasteurella muhocida, respectively. After the oral treatment with florfenicol (20,40,80 mg/kg) and chloramphenicol (40 mg/kg) for 3 days, the curative rates of the drags against Pasteurella muhocida infection in chickens were 93.3%, 100%, 100% and 70%, respectively. After the intramuscular treatment with florfenicol (20,40,80 mg/kg) and chloramphenicol(40 mg/kg) for 3 days, the curative rates of the drags against Pasteurella muhocida infection in chickens were 86.7%, 100%, 100% and 83.3%, respectively. The mortality of the infected and untreated group was 90.0%.
