摘　　要：文摘:中小院校图书馆由于资金、人才、馆藏等多方面的因素,数字化建设一直处于落后状态。近几年,国内外数字图书馆建设的相对成熟,为中小院校数字图书馆的建设提供了经验、资源等多方面的借鉴,中小院校图书馆应抓住这个机遇,大力发展本馆的数字化建设。Because of the shortage of funds, talents, and book collection in medium and small libraries of universities and colleges, digital construction in these libraries has been in backward status all the time. Domestic and international The construction of digital library both at home and abroad in recent years is relatively mature and offers references in many aspects such as the experiences, resources, etc. for the construction of medium and small digital libraries of universities and colleges. The medium and small libraries of universities and colleges should catch this opportunity and devote major efforts to developing digital construction of their book collection in a more cost-effective manner.
