摘　　要：介绍图书采购查重统计系统中运用的理论和技术,并对系统的功能进行简介和评价。实践证明,系统能够帮助采购人员在采购过程中即时了解馆藏和借阅信息,对当前的采购数据进行有效决策和处理。This paper introduces the theory and technology in the system of book purchasing, and illustrates the function of the system. The system can acquaint the staff with relevant collection information and circulation message immediately in the purchasing progress, and help the staff edit and count present purchase data effectively.
