摘 要:采用钛酸酯偶联剂对抗菌沸石进行表面修饰,然后将其与聚丙烯共混造粒并纺丝。对共混切片进行DSC、扫描电镜以及纤维拉伸强度测试。结果表明:钛酸酯偶联剂的加入能完善共混体系的结晶,提高结晶度,促进抗菌沸石的分散以及减缓共混纤维拉伸强度的下降,其影响程度与钛酸酯含量有关。同时,抗菌沸石含量也是影响共混体系结晶、分散性及纤维拉伸强度的主要因素。The antibacterial zeolite was modified by the titanate coupling agent blent with Polypropylene (PP), followed by granulating, and spinning. The blend was characterized by DSC and SEM, and the strength of PP composite fibers was tested. Our results showed the following three points. Firstly, titanate coupling agent could perfect the crystal of the blend, raise the crystalline grade, improve dispersion of antibacterial zeolite in PP and slow down the decline of PP composite fiber's tensile strength. Secondly, the level of the influence depended on the content of the titanate coupling agent. Thirdly, the content of antibacterial zeolite was also an important factor for the influence of crystalline grade, the dispersion of antibacterial zeolite in PP and tensile strength of PP composite fiber.
