摘  要:在人工免疫系统的克隆选择原理基础上,提出了一种抗体克隆算法。该算法先克隆亲和度高的抗体,然后利用小范围变异和大范围变异操作,从而寻找全局最优解。小范围变异能在较优解的基础上找到更优的解,增加找到全局最优解的机会。大范围变异能够防止抗体种群过早饱和,确保抗体种群的多样性。该算法应用于配电网络季节性产生的过负荷以及故障后恢复供电产生的过负荷,通过优化开关操作使得配电网络达到负荷均衡。算例表明本算法具有很高的搜索效率和寻优性能,可有效地应用于以负荷均衡为目标的配电网络重构。This paper proposes an antibody clone algorithm which based on the clonal selection theory of artificial immune system. It is firstly to clone the higher affinity antibodies, then to take advantage of the mutations between small and large scope to find out the global best solution. Mutation in small scope can find the better solution based on the optimal solution and has more chance to get the global best solution. Mutation in large scope can prevent the antibodies premature and make sure of the diversity of antibodies. The algorithm can be used in overloading caused by season change or overloading caused by post - fault power restoration in distribution network, to get the loading balance through the optimal switching operation. The test shows that the antibody clone algorithm has the prominent efficiency and significant global optima searching performance, and can be effectively used to reconfigure power distribution network for making loading balance.
