摘 要:流动温压成形是在传统冷压和温压的基础上,结合粉末注射成形工艺的优点,对传统压机稍加改造即可精密成形复杂形状零件的一种新型近净成形技术。该技术既克服了冷压在成形几何形状复杂的零部件方面的不足,又避免了注射成形的高成本,是一项有应用前景的新技术。该文介绍了流动温压的提出及其特点,认为流动温压成形利用较高的轴向压力引起的粉末径向流动趋势成形几何形状较复杂的零件,在技术上是可行的,其关键是如何提高混合粉末的流动性;并且指出流动温压成形技术为以低成本短流程制备高性能复杂精密零件开辟了新的发展方向,但还有一系列基础问题有待研究。Warm flow compaction(WFC) is a new net shaping technology which can form complex parts precisely through modifying traditional pressure machine. It bases on conventional cold compaction and warm compaction techniques and the merits of metal injection molding (MIM), by which the shortcomings of cold compaction in forming complex parts and the high costs of MIM are overcome and thereby he led itself to becoming a new technology with a high applicable prospect. The present paper gives an introduction of the concept of WFC. It is feasible for WFC to form complex parts by utilizing the radial flow trends of the powder aroused by an upper pressure in the direction of axes, hut its key technology is how to enhance the flow ability of the powder. It is also pointed out that WFC will inaugurate a new direction of development for the advanced manufacture of precise and complicated parts with short procedure and low costs. However a series of fundamental questions of the technology are needed to he researched.
