摘  要:探讨了CTAB/n-C4H9OH/c-C6H12/H2O体系微乳液的稳定性,绘制了该体系的三元和拟三元相图,当CTAB与n-C4H9OH质量比为2∶3时有较宽的稳定的W/O微乳液相区,是制备超细Y2O3的理想体系。在该体系稳定区内,通过调整ω,可改变微乳水核半径。Y(NO3)3溶液和草酸溶液在微乳液水核(微反应器)中进行沉淀反应,制备出不同粒径、形貌的超细氧化钇。样品经X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)表征,结果表明,ω增大,水核半径增大,超细Y2O3的粒径变小,形貌也发生变化。当ω=17时,可制备出粒径为30 nm的晶型完好的Y2O3立方晶粒。The water-in-oil (W/O) microemulsion stability of CTAB/n-butanol/cyclohexane/water system was studied. The ternary phase diagrams and the pseudo-ternary phase diagrams for the microemulsion were obtained. When CTAB and n-butanol is in weight ratio of 2 : 3, this W/O microemulsion system has extensive and stable microemulsion phase regions, which is an ideal system for preparing Y2O3 ultrafine particles. The radius of the water droplet of the microemulsion is different stable phase regions by changing the value of ω in the of the microemulsion. When the precipitation reaction of Y(NO3)3 and oxalic acid solution exist in the water droplet of the microemulsion (microreactor), Y2O3 ultrafine particles of varying grain sizes and varying shapes are prepared. The measurements of XRD and TEM were used to characterize the particles. The results show that the radius of water droplet increases, the grain sizes of Y2O3 ultrafine particles decreases, and the shapes of Y2O3 ultrafine particles are different when the value of ω increases. The mean sizes of Y2O3 ultrafine particles are 30 mn when the value of ω is 17.
