摘 要:应用金属原位分析仪对含铝夹杂物的参考物样品进行分析,得出铝夹杂物单次火花强度信号分布规律。采用迭代法确定夹杂物定量分析的重要参数——阈值,提出钢中铝夹杂物定量分析新方法,结合化学相分析结果以及金相检测结果最终得到参考物样品中铝夹杂物的含量与火花频数的数学模型。把该数学模型应用到实际钢铁材料中,测得结果与ICP-AES法分析结果一致。The determination of reference samples containing aluminum inclusion has been studied by original position analyzer for metal, and the distribution rule of the single spark discharge intensity was gained. An important parameter for the analysis of inclusion threshold value has been confirmed with step by step method. A new method for the quantitative analysis of Al inclusion in steel has been founded. According to the results obtained by chemical analysis of phase and metallographic examination, a mathematic mode of the relation between the content of aluminum inclusion and relative frequency of abnormal spark signal has been established. When the mathematic mode was applied to the factual samples, the analytical results found by OPA were accordance with those measured by ICP-AES.
