摘 要:Ni(Ⅱ)与2-[2-(6-甲基苯并噻唑偶氮)]-5-二乙氨基苯甲酸(6-Me-BTAEB)形成的络舍物在pH6.5的KH2PO4-K2HPO4缓冲溶液中有一较灵敏的极谱波,其峰电位Ep为-796mV(vs.SCE),镍质量浓度在4.5~64μg/L范围内与峰电流ip″有良好的线性关系,检出限为1.4μg/L。通过对极谱波性质的研究表明,该波为络合物吸附波,其电极过程不可逆,电子转移数为2。此外还试验了多种离子对峰电流Ip"的影响。所拟方法已用于铝合金中镍的测定。Nickel (Ⅱ) - 2-[ 2-(6-methylbenzothiazolyazo)-5-diethylaminobenzoic acid (abbreviated 6-Me- BTAEB) complex caused a sensitive polarographic wave at the potential of - 796 mV( vs. SCE) in KH2PO4 - K2HPO4 buffer solution of pH 6.5. The second derivative of peak current was linear with nickel(Ⅱ) in the range of 4.5 - 64μg/L,and the detection limit of the method was 1.4μg/L. It was proved that the polarographic wave of the nickel complex was an adsorptive wave through the study of the properties of the wave. The electrode process was an irreversible reduce process, and the number of electron transfer was two. The interference of coexisting ions on the peak current was investigated. The proposed method has been applied to determine trace nickel in aluminium alloy with satisfactory results.
