丝素整理剂对棉织物耐磨性能的影响

摘　　要：文章分析了丝素整理剂的制备及棉织物经丝素整理剂整理以后其耐磨性能的变化。在本试验过程中,选用了可能对试验产生影响的五个因素,每个因素选取四个水平,根据所选的因素和水平设计正交表,共有十六个试验,分别做试验得出棉织物经各试验整理后的耐磨性。再利用极差分析的方法得出每个因素的最佳水平,分析试验结果得出结论。In this paper the effects of the making and properties of fibroin finishing agent on the abrasion resistance of cotton fabric are discussed. The experiment contains three courses, fibroin degumming, fibroin dissolve, hydrolysis of fibroin solution. In this experiment, five factors which may have effects on the results were choosen,every factor had four levels,according to factors and levels, there were totaly 16 tests, the abrasion resistance of cotton fabric after every experiment were concluded. The orthogonal table is used to deal with the data from the experiment and the best results are concluded.
