摘　　要：提出了基于GPRS的SCADA系统中应用于监控中心的信息管理系统设计,达到效果:既能通过GPRS网络与现场参数监测装置进行双向通信,又能为用户提供一个可视化界面,使用户足不出户即可了解远方变压器实时运行状况。The article presents the design of MIS, which can be used in the control center in the SCADA based of GPRS. The result to be reached is on the one hand to realize the two-way communication with thc terminals via GPRS network; on the other hand to provide a visual interface for the user, which makes the user can real-time monitor the transformers without going out.
