摘　　要：随着高层建筑和地下车库以及人防的需要,对地下室施工质量和使用功能提出了更高要求。如何才能有效地减少和消除混凝土裂缝和渗漏,是施工质量的难点又是防水的热点,文章对此展开论述。With the demands for high-rise building, underground parking lot and air-raid sheltering, higher demands are required to the quality and function of the basement. How to effectively reduce or eliminate the concrete cracks and seepage are both the difficult point of construction quality and the key point of water-proofing, and the paper makes discourse on the above mentioned problems.
