摘　　要：河流生命水权是指河流为维持自身健康生命所需要水资源的权利。相对于河流健康生命的层次,河流生命水权相应划分为河流维持其基本自然属性需要的水权和维持河道内生态需要的水权。研究了三次调水调沙试验的结果,基于多年均衡输沙以及适度淤积两种情况下,确定了不同调水调沙条件下的黄河输沙水权。分析了黄河生态环境需水量,确定了黄河生态环境水权。探讨了黄河河流生命水权实现的制度安排及障碍。Life-sustaining water fight of a fiver is the fight for the fiver to keep healthy life. It can be categorized two classes. One is the water fight for the fiver to maintain its fundamental natural features. The other is the water fight for the fiver to sustain fiverine ecosystem. Sediment-carrying water fights of the Yellow River under different water-sediment regulation situations are developed based on the three times of water-sediment regulation of Xiaolangdi Reservoir. Sediment-carrying water fights are studied in two ways： equilibrium of sedimentation and reasonable deposition. The eco-environment water fight of the Yellow River is determined based on the analysis of eco-environment water demand. Finally the institution arrangement and its problem of claiming Yellow River lifesustaining water fight are discussed.
