摘  要:实验采用PCR-RFLP分析技术,对51头淮猪的DNA样品进行检测分析,发现淮猪具有FSHβ、ESR基因的多态性,而Hal基因中只含有等位基因N,这和人们对其他中国地方品种的研究结果比较一致。研究结果显示:在FSHβ基因中,A、B等位基因的频率分别为0.9314和0.0686;在ESR基因中,C、D分别为0.2400和0.7600;在Hal基因中,只有等位基因N证明了淮猪具有优良的抗应激特性。同时FSHβ基因中,B等位基因具有增加总产仔数和产活仔数的趋势。在ESR基因中,A等位基因具有增加总产仔数和产活仔数的效应,其加性效应分别为1.515和1.325,差异显著(P<0.05)。The polymorphisms of follicle stimulating hormone β subunit(FSHβ), estrogen receptor(ESR), and Hal gene from Chinese Huai swine were analyzed by PCR-RELPs methods. The results showed: the frequencies of allele A and B of FSHβ gene were 0.9314 and 0.0686; the frequencies of allele C and D of ESR gene were 0.2400 and 0.7600; while only allele N of Hal gene was checked in Chinese Huai swine. And the same time, the significant effects were found for the ESR locus with the number of born alive and the total number of born in first parity; the additive effects of allele A were 1.515 and 1.325 (P 〈 0.05), respectively. The allele B of FSHβ locus has the effects of increasing litter size.
