摘 要:可靠性是评价武器系统性能优劣的重要指标之一,通过对81枪族击发机的可靠性进行综合分析,提出了机构工作安全保险的概念,并认为81枪族击发机在结构设计上缺少机构工作安全保险中的零件位置不正确保险,存在事故隐患。针对这一情况,提出了对击发机结构的改进方案,并应用AUOTCAD软件进行计算机模拟,得出改进后的扳机限制突笋高度值,通过试验验证,改进后的击发机工作可靠性提高,且不影响枪械其它各动作的顺利进行。Reliability is one of important standards on evaluating weapon system. Reliability of firing mechanism on 81 firearms is analyzed comprehensively, and a concept of mechanism operation safety is brought forward, in firing ; nechanism of 81 firearms, there is just no this safety structure to prevent element position im proper, it is very easy to taking place accident. So, a modification on structure of trigger is set up . AUOTCAD software is applied to simulate firing mechanism motion, and height of limiting lug on trigger rear is calculated. Test by experiment, reliability of the firing mechanism has been improved after structure upgraded. There is no influence on other motions.
