摘  要:分析了降解石油烃的配伍菌对原油组成和流变性变化的影响.该配伍菌在原油中培养,生物降解原油组分,烷烃和芳烃质量分数发生变化,非烃组分质量分数平均增加2.09%,沥青质质量分数平均减少1.29%.原油经配伍菌作用后含蜡质量分数平均降低17.56%,含胶质量分数平均降低26.54%,处理后的原油表观黏度与处理前相比降低50%,原油流动性得到改善.应用牛顿指数、黏度变化量和提高采收率指数评价对EOR指数的影响达2.08%.A combination of microorganisms capable of deriving nourishment from hydrocarbons is analyzed in this paper. The change in amount and compositional characteristic of petroleum as a consequence of microbial action on hydrocarbons are determined in treated (inoculated) and untreated (control) oil samples. The average percent content of saturated hydrocarbons and aromatic hydrocarbons is changed from 56.32% to 60.38% and from 21.44% to 22.97% respectively, and resins compounds are increased by 2.09%, and asphaltum is reduced to 1.29%. The serial rheology analysis produces control and inoculated set of apparent viscosity vs. shear rate and apparent viscosity vs. temperature curves permitting to elaborate MEOR treatability indexes (NI, DV and EOR). These indexes help to decide the best combination of microbial.
