摘  要:定向井螺杆泵适用于过渡带、稠油、出砂、家属区等生产井,其抽油杆柱的偏磨和断脱现象突出.为此,建立了定向井螺杆泵抽油杆柱力学模型,利用ANSYS有限元软件对其进行了瞬态动力学分析,提出了扶正器和导向器合理布置方案.现场试验结果表明,使用该项技术前、后螺杆泵井的平均免修期分别为209d和439d,能够满足油井生产需要.Directional-well rotary screw pump is suitable for the producing wells located at the intermediate belt or uptown, thick oil layers or sand production and it is used extensively in Sazhong oil field of Daqing. At present the problems of rod eccentric wear and parting in directional wells are obvious. In order to solve this problem, a mechanical model of the directional-well rotary screw pump sucker rod string has been established, the finite element software called Ansys is used to make transient dynamic analysis and a reasonable collocated blue print of the centralizer and guide apparatus has been put forward. It is indicated by the field results that the repair period before and after the use of the technology are 209 days and 439 days respectively, which shows that the technique can meet the field production requirement.
