摘  要:通过正交实验,确定出选堵剂的最佳配方:w(HPAM)为0.5%,w(Ca-LS)为2.0%,w(交联剂)为0.5%,w(pH值调节剂)为0.5%.在此配方下,选堵剂的成胶时间为8.0h,表观黏度为55.2Pa·s.成胶后,在pH>5或不同矿化度的溶液中具有较好的稳定性,不破胶.在宋芳屯油田现场施工6口井,增油有效率为66.7%,平均单井含水率下降11.7%,累计降水为798m3,累计增油为108t,投入产出比为1∶4.2,具有较好的经济效益.By means of orthogonal experiments, the selective water plugging agent was chosen in the room condition. The optical prescription of the selective water plugging agent is: ω(HPAM)0.5%,ω(Ca-LS)2.0%,ω(crosslinking agent)0.5%,ω(pH value adjusting agent)0.5%. In this prescription, the crosslinking time is 8 h and the gel strength is 55.2 Pa·s. After gelation, the gel has better stability and doesn't break in the medium of pH>5 or different mineral degree. 6 wells were plugged in Songfangtun Oilfield. The effective rate of oil increase is 66.7%. For every well, the average water cut decrease by 11.7%, the total increased oil is 108 t and the total decreased water is 798 m^3. The ratio of cost and producton is 1∶4.2. It has a good economical benefit.
