山莨菪碱对严重烧伤后内脏并发症的防治作用

摘　　要：自1992年1月至1994年12月将山莨菪碱应用于156例严重烧伤病人,旨在探讨其对严重烧伤内脏并发症的防治作用。结果表明:治疗组内脏并发症的发生率和治愈率与对照组比较差异有显著意义,其内脏并发症的发生率下降,治愈率提高。提示山莨菪碱对烧伤内脏并发症有预防和治疗作用。From January 1992 to December 1994,anisodamine was used in 156 cases of serious burns.The results showed that there was a significant lowering of incidence of visceral complications in the treatment group than in the control group.Also the cure rate of visceral complications was signifi- cantly elevated in the treatment group than control group.The result indicated that anisodamine had both prevention and treatment effects on visceral complications in serious burns.
