摘  要:大量风电并网运行将会影响电力系统电压稳定性,为准确评估风电对电力系统的影响,提出了一种求取含风电场系统电压稳定裕度概率分布的算法。该算法在计算电压稳定裕度与风速之间的灵敏度矩阵的基础上,求取各风电场风速分布的中心距以及各阶半不变量,利用G ram-Charlier级数反变换得到电压稳定裕度的概率分布。在IEEE 39节点标准测试系统中进行了测试,计算结果表明了该算法的正确性和实用性。With increasing penetration, wind power will influence the voltage stability of power systems due to its fluctuating nature. The actual benefits of wind energy cannot be explicitly defined without in depth analyses of the impact of adding wind energy to traditional power systems, A detailed voltage stability margin evaluation scheme was developed for power systems including wind power resources using the Gram-Charlier expansion. The sensitivity matrix for the wind speed and system voltage stability margin was calculated and then the Gram-Charlier coefficient at the wind speed at the wind farm was calculated. An inverse Gram-Charlier transformation is then used to get the reliability indices. The validity of the model is proved by analyzing the IEEE 39 node sample system,
