摘 要:针对控制电器元件故障发生的模糊性及故障定位中决策因素的不确定性,提出采用模糊评价方法,建立用于描述故障定位的综合评判模型,以实现对故障的定量评估,从而对实现故障定位起到决策指导作用。首先研究了模糊评判模型中因素集和评判集的建立,接着在综合各影响因素后给出了模糊评判矩阵的生成过程,最后将该模型用于航空电器控制元件的故障定位决策中。所建立的模型可以适应不同控制电器元件或不同子系统的故障机理评判及定位研究,研究结果可用于智能型电器控制系统检测用仪器仪表及装置的设计中。Due to the fuzzy feature of the fault and the decision uncertainty of the fault location in control electrical apparatus element failure, a fuzzy estimate approachwas proposed, an integrated decision model was established for the description of fault location. The model is used for fault quantitative estimation and as a guideline for fault location. At first, the factor set and estimation set for the fuzzy decision model were established, and then the fuzzy estimation matrix formula was generated based on the integrated factors. At last, the model was applied to the fault location decision of the relay elements in the aerospace electrical apparatus element test. The proposed model can be used for fault estimation and fault location analysis in both control electrical apparatus element and electrical control sub-system. The investigation result can be applied in designing the intelligent measurement instruments used for electrical apparatus control system.
