无捻棉纱机织物性能分析

摘　　要：介绍了在经简单改进的环锭细纱机上,利用短纤水溶性维纶纤维与棉纤维纺制无捻棉纱的工艺流程,分析了退维后无捻棉纱的外观特点及其性能。利用所纺制的纱线织造出了无捻平纹机织物,并分析了无捻纱织物的性能。Spinning process of twistless yam made by water soluble vinylon fibre and cotton fibre on modified ring spinning frame was presented in this paper. After PVA removing process, appearance and properties of twistless yam were analyzed. Twistless fabric was woven by said yam and properties of twistless cotton fabric were also discussed.
