摘  要:在60Co-γ射线照射下,甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)以不同的浓度溶解于甲醇溶剂中,能够成功地接枝到棉、人造丝和天然丝纱线中。其中,天然丝中MMA的接枝量最高,达到35%;其次是人造丝22%;接枝量最低的是棉纱,仅为17%。在辐射总强度为500 krad,辐射速率为200 krad/h的时候,能产生最好的接枝效果。如果在MMA+MeOH溶液(甲基丙烯酸甲酯与甲醇溶液)体系中加入少量的复合添加剂既可以提高接枝量,又能够赋予接枝纱线一定的抗拉强度,这表明功能复合添加剂在接枝反应中对增强纱线抗拉强度起到很好的作用。经过接枝共聚改性处理后,纱线的吸水率和平衡回潮率受到了主要影响。Methylmethacrylate (MMA) has been grafted onto cotton, rayon and silk yarns by irradiation with 60^Co gamma source in the presence of methanol used as swelling solvent at different proportions with the bulk monomer MMA. The highest grafting occurred with silk (35%) followed by rayon (22%) and the least grafting was with cotton yarn (17%). Dose rate 200 krad/h was found to yield the best results at a total dose of 500 krad. Incorporation of minute amount (1%, v/v) of an additive into MMA + MeOH system enhanced both grafting and tensile strength of the grafted yarn. It appears that the coadditive plays a better role in the grafting process for enhancing tensile strength. Water uptake and equilibrium moisture content of the grafted yarns were determined.
