摘  要:对GH4169电解加工ηω—i内在规律进行了试验研究,通过测量和计算,得到了准确的ηω及ηω—i的特性曲线。The basic experiment of process is carried out in order to study the characteristic curve of ηω-i of electrochemical machining GH4169. By means of measuring and calculating, the value of ηω and the characteristic curve of ηω-i are obtained. In this result, obvious difference of characteristic curve of ηω-i between GH4169 and common material is showed, that is no interceptive current density. So it is concluded that it is unreasonable to study GH4169 material by using of former characteristics. And the matching between electrolyte and machining material should be considered.
