摘　　要：现有的软件过程复用方法往往采用形式化的过程模型和过程实例,由于其复杂性而在业界应用较少。提出的项目过程自动化建立的方法是软件过程复用的一种实现方式。该方法对软件过程进行结构化的定义和存储,并通过一组规则将过程描述映射为软件组织所熟悉的项目管理方式——甘特图,以实现项目过程的自动化建立,进而实现软件过程的复用。最后给出了该方法的一个实现。Most software process reuse methods use formalized process models and instances. These methods are rarely adopted in the industry because of their complexity. An automated construction method for project process as an implementation of software process reuse is presented. The method defines and stores the software processes as well-structured process descriptions. And the process descriptions are translated into Gantt chart, which is a popular project management practice in the industry. So the project processes are constructed automated and the software processes are reused. An implementation of the method is presented.
