摘　　要：结合浙江省水情信息采集系统建设迅速发展的现状,采用B/S架构,运用当前先进的ArcIMS、XML、数据库、网络、时空可视化技术,设计并开发一个及时、准确、直观、功能齐全的实时水情信息发布与预警系统。系统实现了水雨情信息的查询、监视、发布与预警功能,直观地展现汛情形势,为全省各级政府防汛抗旱决策指挥提供科学、统一、可靠的信息平台,更好地发挥了水情信息在防汛决策指挥中的耳目和参谋作用。According to the current situation that the hydrologic data collecting system has rapidly developed in Zhejiang Province, a timely, accurate, visual and real time system, which can issue real time hydrologic information and forewarning, was designed and developed by using Browse/Server construction, and technology including ArcIMS, XMI, database, network and space-time visual. With the functions of inquiry, monitoring, issuing and forewarning, this system has provided a scientific, uniform and reliable platform for the governments at various levels in Zhejiang Province in flood control and drought relief decision making and commanding.
