摘　　要：对某500 kV主变压器进行油色谱分析时发现变压器本体绝缘油中乙炔的体积分数上升,停运后运用脉冲电流法、放电图谱测量、超声波定位、油色谱试验等试验技术进行检查,判断该变压器内部存在电弧放电,经返厂维修后恢复正常运行。A sharp rise of acetylene volume fraction was found in the insulating oil of a 500 kV main transformer proper during a routine oil chromatographic analysis of the transformer. After shutting down the transformer, an inspection was made through impulse current method, discharge oscillogram measurement, ultrasonic positioning, oil chromatographic test, etc., and it was concluded that there existed arc discharge in the transformer. The problem was successfully settled after repairing the transformer in the factory.
