血栓通(三七总皂甙)对内毒素休克大鼠心肌保护作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨血栓通对内毒素休克大鼠心肌是否有保护作用。方法:将110只清洁级Wistar雄性大鼠随机分为生理盐水(NS)组(A组)10只、内毒素组(B组)50只、血栓通+内毒素组(C组)50只,分组给药造模后,A组于最后一次NS注射后30min、B、C组于内毒素注射后30、90min、2、4、6h各随机取10只大鼠处死,取血清测肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα)、肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(TnⅠ)进行比较。结果:①与A组相比,B组血清TNFα在内毒素注射后30、90min、2、4h均明显升高(P<0.01),高峰在90min,6h降至基础水平;C组仅在90min、2h点高于A组(P<0.01),并且除6h点外,其它各点均低于B组。②B、C组血清TnⅠ从90min开始各点逐渐升高,均明显高于A组(P<0.01),但C组各点升高幅度明显低于B组(P<0.05-0.01)。结论:血栓通对内毒素休克大鼠心肌具有保护作用。Objective： To investigate if Xueshuantong has the proteciton on the cardiocyte of endotoxin shock rats. Metheds： One hundred and .ten adult health rats were randomly divided into three group： Normol sodium（NS） group（A group）ten cases, endatoxin group（B group）50 eases ;Xueshuantong ＋ endotoxin group（A group）50 eases. Each group was modeled. After the A group last were injected NS 30 minutes., B and C groups wered injected endotoxin 30、90minutes、2、4、6hours, tumor necrosis factor（TNFα）and cardiac treponin, Ⅰ （cTn Ⅰ） in serum of each group 6 rats wered detected and compared. Results： ① To compare to A group, TNFα in the B group had a notable increase after infected endotoxin 30、90 minutes ,2,4hours（ P〈0.01 ）, the highest one was at 90 minutes, at 6 hours decreased to basal level. But TNFα in C group was higher than that in A group only at 90 minutes and 2hours point, and lowerthan that in B group at each point except 6 hours point. ②Tn Ⅰ in serum of B and C group began to increase gradually from the point at 90minutes, and was higher than that in A group at 90 minute and each latter points （P〈0.01 ）, but the level at each point in C group was lower than that in B group （P〈0.05-0.01 ）. Conclusion ：Xueshuantong has the protection on the cardiocyte of endotoxin shock rats.
