摘　　要：本文观察了初孵扬子鳄胃粘膜表面及胃腺的形态。在扫描电镜下观察到，胃贲门具１１－１３个贲门瓣，贲门区及幽门区粘膜上皮凹陷稀而浅，胃体部上皮凹陷密而深，排列很规则。组织切片观察发现，贲门腺及幽门腺均为短的单管腺，胃底腺为分枝管状腺。本文对扬子鳄及鸟类、哺乳类胃粘膜表面及胃腺的形态特点进行了讨论。This paper described the morphology of gastric glands and mucous Surface in the hatchlings of Alligator sinensis. Scanning electron microscopic observations: There were 11 -13 cardiac valves at the cardia. The epithelial pits were shallow and rare in the cardiac and pyloric regions, but deep, dense and regular in the gastric body. Histological observations:The cardiac and pyloric glands were all short, simple-branched and tubular glands, and glands of gastric fundus were branched tubular glands. This paper discussed the characteristics about morphology of gdstric glands and mucous surface of Chinese alligator, Birds and Mammals.
