摘　　要：把距离分类算法同伪随机注入电流测试法结合起来,提出了一种新的采用距离分类法的伪随机电流注入模拟电路测试方法。实验证明,该方法简单有效,是一种可行的模拟及混合电路测试方法。Combining distance classification algorithm and the testing method based on pseudo-random current injection, a new testing method is presented for analog circuits based on pseudo-random current injection adopting distance classification. The experimental results show that it is simple and efficient, thus allowing a feasible-scheme for analog and mixed-signal circuits.
