摘　　要：本文应用声发射技术原理建立了立窑料位控制的数学模型．提出了计算机软件和硬件的设计方法，并举例证明该方法是有效可行的．In this article,the techniques of acoustic emission has been applied to establish the mathematical model of the meterial position control in the vertical kiln. The design method of computer software and hardware has been proposed. An example is given to illustrate its effect.
