摘　　要：目的：建立乳疾灵合剂的质量标准。方法：采用薄层色谱法对乳疾灵合剂中白芍、淫羊藿、丹参进行定性鉴别；采用高效液相色谱法测定白芍中主要成分芍药苷的含量。结果：供试品色谱中，在与白芍、淫羊藿、丹参对照药材相应的位置上，分别显相同颜色的斑点；芍药苷检测浓度在80～1280μg／ml范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好（r=0．9997），平均回收率为99．4％（RSD=1．8％）。结论：本方法简便、准确，可用于乳疾灵合剂的质量控制。OBJECTIVE： To establish the quality standard of Rujiling mixture.METHODS： Identification of Radix paeoniae alba, Herba epimedii and Radix salviae mihlorrhizae was carried out by TLC; and the content of peoniflorin, the principal eomponent in Radix paeoniae alba,was determined by HPLC.RESULTS： In the chromatography of samples,the same-colored speckles appeared at the corresponding positions of the reference substances of Radix paeoniae alba, Herba epimedii and Radix salviae miltiorrhizae.The linear range of peoniflorin was 80-1 280μg/mL（r = 0.9 997）, and the average recovery was 99.4% （RSD = 1.8% ）.CONCLUSION：The method is simple, accurate, and suitable for the quality control of Rujiling mixture.
